Membership Terms
Memberships begin with a one-time $20 enrollment fee and a three-month minimum commitment, then continue month to month after the initial term.

- The first monthly membership charge occurs 21 days after enrollment
- 30 days' written notice to cancel
- Memberships and credits are non-transferable
- Standard cancellation and no-show policies still apply
- Unused monthly credits expire and do not roll over
